Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for you and your activity participants while on site and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Use. We kindly ask all hirers to follow these guidelines to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

  • To ensure clarity and compliance, please share the link to this page with all members of your group who attend the site.

  • Repeated or serious breaches may result in a review of your booking privileges, which could lead to temporary suspension or cancellation of future bookings.

Please DO:

✔ Read and follow the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully.
✔ Comply with site staff directions at all times.
✔ Book sufficient time for set-up and clear-up.
✔ Adhere strictly to your booking time—arrive and leave promptly.
✔ Note that the last 5 minutes of your booking are reserved for changeovers.
✔ Keep a register of attendees for fire safety purposes.
✔ Ensure minors are always supervised by a responsible adult.
✔ Wear clean footwear before entering the site.
✔ Be considerate to other hirers and respect shared spaces.
✔ Ensure all electrical equipment used on site has valid PAT certification.
✔ Leave hired areas clean and tidy as found.

Please DO NOT:

✘ Smoke or vape anywhere on site.
✘ Bring alcohol, food, or drink without prior agreement.
✘ Use offensive language or display aggressive behaviour.
✘ Use photography, video, or mobile imaging without prior approval.
✘ Wear stilettos, quarter heels, or black-soled shoes on wooden floors.
✘ Bring pets (except assistance dogs).
✘ Bring chewing gum on site.
✘ Bring items that could cause harm (e.g., knives, glass objects).


Additional Rules for All-Weather, Astro, and Grass Pitches

Please DO:

✔ Follow all aspects of the General Code of Conduct.
✔ Refrain from spitting.
✔ Remove water bottles after use.
✔ Wear appropriate footwear for the playing surface (ask site staff if unsure).

Please DO NOT:

✘ Move goals—ask for permission from the site staff if repositioning is required.
✘ Spit or deposit chewing gum on pitches.
✘ Consume food or drink inside pitch areas (water bottles permitted).
✘ Bring motor vehicles, bikes, trailers, or cycles onto pitches.
✘ Engage in rugby scrums (not permitted).
